Transparency, Security, and Governance.
Effective Date: March 2026
At ServerPoint Technology, operators of OpsLogic, we prioritize the protection of your organizational data in strict accordance with the Nigerian Data Protection Act (NDPA) of 2023.
1. Data Collection: OpsLogic collects geospatial operational data, hardware device fingerprints (for security binding), and strictly necessary employee telemetry to facilitate dispatching services. We do not sell operational metadata to third-party marketplaces.
2. Data Sovereignty: Unless requested by Enterprise customers, primary application databases are siloed. Data retention schedules are managed dynamically based on subscription bounds to ensure obsolete data is scrubbed responsibly.
3. Consent Logs: Field technicians utilizing OpsLogic mobile applications are required to pass continuous consent-gate workflows before precise GPS polling engages. Employers act as the absolute Data Controller for any logs generated.
By initializing the OpsLogic Engine, your organization agrees to the following usage caveats:
1. Licensing Mechanics: OpsLogic uses an encrypted ping-home architecture. Active internet connections are required during initial daily Authentication handshakes. ServerPoint Technology reserves the right to suspend API tunneling for accounts in gross arrears.
2. Intellectual Property: The underlying UI/UX architectures, algorithm mappings, and PHP core modules remain the proprietary intellectual property of ServerPoint. Any attempts to reverse-engineer, de-obfuscate or pirate the software will result in immediate global hardware bans across your network.
3. Limitation of Liability: ServerPoint operates OpsLogic as an informational dispatch bridge. We accept zero liability for technician field errors, physical logistical losses, or disputes originating between you and your end-customers.
The OpsLogic infrastructure is built to scale heavy operational loads. However, abusive usage strictly violates the AUP.
